Charlotte to be Published by The Emma Press

Charlotte Wetton’s poetry pamphlet Accessioning has been acquired by The Emma Press for publication in 2023.

The pamphlet was submitted to the press’ open call, and is to be published alongside two other collections, Kirstie Millar’s The Strange Egg and Andrea Davidson’s Eggenwise & other poems.

Accessioning is named for the process museums go through in taking objects into their collections. It explores memory and remembering, whether forgotten memories or institutional. The Emma Press said, “Accessioning is precise and tender, but unafraid to cut.”
