Billie selected for New Play Commission Scheme

Billie Collins has been selected for the Writer’s Guild’s New Play Commission Scheme.

The scheme was set up in partnership with HighTide Theatre, UK Theatre and the Independent Theatre Council to respond to the decline in new play commissioning following the covid-19 pandemic.

Billie has been commissioned to write Peak Stuff in partnership with ThickSkin Theatre – “a lyrical, theatrical, multi-thread dive into young people’s relationship with stuff.”
