Since 2009 Dramatic Theatre have been designing and delivering engaging, educational theatre projects. Their approach offers young people the opportunity to learn about themselves and their world in a creative way.

One of My Friends is a collaboration between Dramatic Theatre and Squad writers Lauren Vevers and Melody Sproates. The team at Dramatic combined their years of experience working with young people and the writers’ fresh voices to give young people aged 11-17 the opportunity to talk about common obstacles in their everyday lives. One of My Friends has commissioned these writers to produce monologues from the point of view of various young characters talking about a range of different experiences, including being a young carer, exam stress, gender identity and emotional wellbeing.
