Laura Nominated for Young Audiences Music Award

Squad3 grad Laura Attridge’s opera Belongings has been shortlisted for the Best Opera and Public Favourite categories in the Young Audiences Music Awards. Belongings, composed by Lewis Murphy, Glyndebourne’s Young Composer-in-Residence, with a libretto by Laura, was commissioned by Glyndebourne’s education department and premiered on its main stage.

Belongings explores the experiences of young people forced by war to flee their homes.
