Autumn Workshops

We are in the midst of our Squad 8 Autumn workshops.

In October, Squad Grad Samantha Gildea, Digital Development Editor of the Huddersfield Examiner, will be leading us in a practical day of new new journalism in Newcastle.

In November, Andrew McMillan will be taking us out of the city centre on a Manchester tram Down to the River, Into the Street, to explore the suburbs where established communities and gentrification have a more complex relationship.

And in December, Malika Booker led a Leeds workshop, Mapping for Memories, on strategies for using personal experience and relationships to create poems.
