Billie Commissioned for New Theatre

Squad grad Billie Collins has been commissioned by Box of Tricks Theatre to develop her bold and beautiful Too Much World at Once through their New Tricks programme for a future season.

Billie originally worked with the theatre company on PlayBox, their year-long writer-on-attachment programme. The programme offers bespoke residencies to three early-career North West playwrights to write a new play with support from Box of Tricks. Over the course of a year-long attachment, each playwright received a seed commission to write a new play with dramaturgical support from the Box of Tricks team and workshop development with actors, culminating in a public rehearsed reading.
