Laura and Interstella

Laura Attridge is working as a librettist on INTERSTELLA – a series of short interlocking one-woman chamber operas which chart the course of trailblazing women in the realm of space exploration.

Created by an all female/non-binary team, the project is designed to tour unusual science based performance spaces alongside an education project aimed at primary school children.

INTERSTELLA is undergoing initial development as part of Britten Pears Arts’ Snape Residencies – a programme for artists at any stage of their career, who are creatively curious and are perhaps wanting to re-focus their practice.
