Laura’s Suffrage Poetry

Current Yorkshire Squad member Laura Potts is working on a new poetry commission for The King’s Chapel in London, based on the centenary of women’s suffrage. Laura will be working with the composer Carmel Smickersgill, a student at The Royal Northern College of Music. The poem will be set to choral music and performed in the coming weeks.

Laura is also giving a reading and teaching at the English Department at Winchester College this November.
