Lydia’s Collection with Hesterglock Press and DYCP

Lydia Hounat’s book Notes of a Mongrel’s DNA is coming out with Hesterglock Press at the end of November. Described as ‘a visual-ish collection of meditations on mixedness and the “mongrel body”‘, the book can be preordered now.

Lydia has also recently received Arts Council DYCP (Developing Your Creative Practice) funding towards writing her next book, Notes of a Mongrel; a series of essays on music that defined her mixed experiences growing up. She is being mentored by Jacob Sam-la Rose for this project.
