Anna Novitzky is a scientific subeditor by day and a fiction writer and film critic by night. She writes reviews for The Female Gaze; her short stories have appeared in Nature, Luna Station Quarterly and New Fairy Tales; and she has written an alternate-history fantasy novel. She takes a lot of photographs of umbrellas.
