Tife Second in National Poetry Competition

Massive congratulations to Tife Kusoro, who has placed second in the National Poetry Competition 2022 for her poem ‘the only other dark-skinned girl’.

The winners were announced at a live awards event at the Southbank Centre, London on 29 March 2023. Fellow Squad poet Hannah Hodgson was also longlisted for the prize. The competition was judged by Greta Stoddart, Jason Allen-Paisant and Michael Symmons Roberts. You can find out more about the prize and the others winners here.
